Your Content
You retain all rights to the files you upload to our service. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the conversion services you request.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files. Your files are automatically deleted from our servers within 2 hours of processing.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Future Tools Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
- Any content obtained from the service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past six months, or $100 if you haven’t made any payments.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may discontinue using our services at any time by simply ceasing to access our website.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
